Correspondent – Correspondent Members
primarily write for or edit publication(s) whose main
circulation is outside of China, including Hong Kong.
Only correspondent members may vote in elections
Media – Media Members write for or
edit primarily Mainland-based publications or non-print
media.
Associate – Associate or Corporate
Members are members of the business community interested
in the journalism field and media topics.
Honorary – Honorary Membership is granted
to distinguished friends of the SFCC who live outside
of Shanghai, including departed long-term club alumni.
A potential honorary member must nominated by and
by correspondent members and then approved by the
board
In deference to Chinese law, we are only able to accept
foreign passport holders as members of the FCC.
